原来生命只是一个过程，过程就是你要去享受开心的痛。。痛原来是这样子痛，哭原来是这样子。
所以你要把这些都享受完，你就是。。你在活着。
没有了就没有了。
其实每一个喜怒哀乐你可以感受到，都是因为你活着。

人家总是对我说，你不要难过，你不要生气，你不要不好的什么什么。。
可是我觉得，好的，不好的，我都要接受要去做，你才完整地过了一个生活。
为什么要抗拒，要压抑着呢。
我不会去抗拒这些那些，怕这些那些，所以痛一下，气一下也没关系。
痛就痛，生气就生气嘛，不需要装开心。
我从不伪装，不压抑着情绪。
人不要有心机就好。
去好好享受人生中的喜怒哀乐。

title: Skin Regimen: Aspirin mask

Am having fever or pain? Nope!
I don't even have a box in my First Aid cabinet before trying on this..

Believe me not, I apply this (Homemade Aspirin mask) on my face once a week to de-gunked my pores. I don't really get pimples too often so I don't use it too many times in a week, but when I've needed to, it's worked great.

I am still trying it out obviously but wanted to share my experience as of now.

Yes, like many others, sometime my skin has a little temper tantrum too, after stressful and busy days coping with kids + work, or even after my short trip to BKK recently, which wrecked my hormones, a huge factors in the clogged nature of my skin. My skin can then get a little congestion and then decide to rear their heads. Though it doesn't keep my skin from getting hormonal acne before I adjust my life back to normal routine, but it does take away some of the inflammation, oiliness, shrank it, not only that, but the rest of my face look a lot better with clearer, smoother and brighter skin.

For those periods, I will use the mask for 3 days in a row. Sometimes I experience peeling and flake, but only because it is healing old marks.

It actually WORKS for me! and I see positive results.

Now, my skin is good again after all the masking, + back to healthy diet and slowly adjusting my life back again.

So why Aspirin? It's acetylsalicylic acid - this is like a lightweight salicylic acid peel which I can do at home without the high cost or pain as it does in providing a lightweight peel and exfoliation. It really helps with blemishes, clogged pores, scars and also brightens the skin.
Aspirin known to reduces inflammation and it literally shrink the pimple, and acts as an antibacterial agent. It also exfoliate and help clear the blackhead and whitehead.

Overall it has no downsides, and with positive results.

It's effective for me and + very cheap, about $7.90 @Watsons or any Pharmacy for a box of Aspirin tablets,

so it's never leaving my weekly routine.

How to use?

I dissolve three or four uncoated aspirin tablets in just enough water (a few drops will do) to form a paste. If my skin is too dry and needs moisture, I will add a little Organic Raw Honey or lightweight oil to form the paste. Then apply the paste thinly to the affected areas of my skin and leave the mask until it dries or 10mins (adjust the time according to your skin). Rinse my face gently and thoroughly in lukewarm water and pat my skin dry….and voila! My skin is clear and nice!

Use this technique with caution.

- It can dry your skin, so follow with a leave-in hydrating mask or moisture well after

- DO NOT let it get in your eyes! It is flaky if used with water alone, so tiny specks of that can get into your eyes. It ouch!

- People who is allergy to painkillers which are of the same family of medication as Aspirin should avoid
* if any doubt, please check with your doctor :)

But still, best potion to a clear and beautiful skin off from hormonal acnes is………

don't allow stress to overtake your life.

Don’t be jealous of somebody else’s Marriage; invest in your own! If the Grass looks Greener on the other side, you need to stay home and water your own grass.

Sometime we are no big enough to hold the blessing,
but that doesn't mean we should throw away the blessing.

If you want to be married, you have to be committed to marriage,
you have to believe in marriage, be devoted to it.

Someone once said, “Being in love means never having to say you’re sorry.” Whoever said that is probably divorced! The Truth is that husbands and wives must be quick to forgive and to humbly seek forgiveness from each other. “I Love You,” “I’m Sorry” & “I forgive you.” should be said often.

Don’t complain about your Spouse’s flaws…they are the very reasons why he/she didn’t find a spouse better than you!

Husbands and Wives must love each other regardless of their imperfections. Loving your spouse does’t mean that you approve of everything that they do, but it does mean that your commitment to them is bigger than all of their flaws.

Husbands and Wives must love and accept each other at all times in all circumstances. You must be able to say to your spouse, “In good times, I will celebrate with you. In hard times, I’ll cry with you. In uncertain times, I will hold you. In all times, now and forever, I’ll be by your side, no matter what!”

When you make your marriage vows on your Wedding Day, you didn’t use words like “Maybe” or “Unless”. Marriage never works if we’re thinking of an Exit Strategy. “Til Death do us Part” is the best and only way.

If you’re willing to leave your spouse for another person, in terms of your Character, it’s not much different than taking your children to an orphanage and trading them in for other kids whom you find more attractive or polite than your own kids.

Don't share your marital woes with friends who is divorced - those friends may suggest divorce because they are divorced themselves and want to validate their choice. They will talk you into divorce so women often make bad decision based on the advice of those friends. Also one problem with confiding in friends about your marital problem is that you often give them a very one-sided account of the situation -- and thus get a skewed response.

Don’t focus on improving your Marriage…Focus on improving Yourself, serving your Spouse and growing daily in your relationship with God and your marriage will start improving on its own!

I don't have a habit of combing my hairs for many years

as I really hate it ESP after shampoo my hairs, I will get those giant tangled knots after coming out of the shower.

This is most girls’ problems right!

I have hair almost down to my waist and it is thick n' wavy, so it is badly and easily tangled, I always shed ridiculous amounts of hairs whenever I comb my hairs with other brushes/ even big wide tooth combs.

Not only that, it hurts my scalp

Same for both my daughters, whose hair is long, thick and with many damaged strands from all the pulling they got from other combs - their hair get tangles and break easily. They have a very tender scalp and so brushing or combing her hair isn’t my favorite thing to do, they will be whining about getting their hair tugged on when they have a tangle and many times they cries when my helper/I comb their hair, even though we try to be really gentle.

And so this brush has been a god-sent hair-saver for my daughters and me.

I only started to comb my hair daily after my BFF, Valerie, gifted this “Lil Wet Brush” to me a few months back to try. She got it from one of the beauty shop near her place.

I must said this squirt size “Lil Wet Brush” is so freaky amazing n' awesome that I quickly got my bff to help me buy again and also get few more so I can gift it to my BFFs to try

and almost all of their feedback were very good!!

Ever since then, it makes the combing of my girls' hair a breeze, no more of their screaming of pain.

This Wet Brush does not pull/tug at my hair, damage my strands and shed lot of hairs the way other brushes do, yet the bristles are able to detangle any knot on my entire hairs with EASE, from root to tip.

The bristles aren't stubborn and firm! It has the, thin, strong and very brilliance INTELLIFLEXibility of the bristles - flexible on one stroke and firm on the next, that doesn't pull/tug and yet it can run smoothly through the hair and detangles virtually pain free with its softips.
Ours hair won't shed and break as much!!!

I’m also now able to brush my daughters’ hair relatively quickly and painlessly. It was so gentle on the hair and scalp and makes the combing and detangling the hair knots really a breeze. No pulling and it just went thought the hair, getting rid of the knots very quickly.

So this is even so much better than the “Hair Bean” brush that I tried before, really can’t fight with this. Valerie actually bought a Regular size one for me too. But that is not as good as this Squirt size which we love most.

We all LOVE the Lil Wet Brush!

I truly feel that this is a must-have product for all women and mother whose daughter with a hair length.

And no more troubling of my friend to help me get this Wet Brush.
Cause just last week, I saw that they were selling in Watsons now, and I were so happily bought another 4 right off the rack (one for myself in my daily bag, one for placing at my in-law house when we stay overnight and another 2 to keep).

It comes in different material and pretty colors like pink, purple, yellow, green is just a bonus.
