My PIL's ex-maid appeared in Shin Ming last night!
Maid and boss in dispute over stroke!
We got to stand out for the employer in this news, that their words can be trusted and my SIL had wrote in to Shin Ming too.
Yes she is a big liar.
This maid is such a heavy
smoker (is like WTH right!), steal my FIL's cigars, MIA most times, returning back home late (near midnight) on off days and when my SILs and FIL phone her, refused to answer the calls and came back with lot of lame excuses; she is a failed actress and causing lot of problems than help when my MIL needs most care.
My in-law given her chances and despite all troubles that she created, they still being so kind to her. She's such an irresponsible
helper, she even smoke infront of my sick mother-in-law whom is
suffering from cancer and she ran away from the hospital while taking
care of my MIL. So what is wrong with the employer wanna repatriate the maid back?! Those people in the social media know nothing but commented so much that the employer must be ill-treating the maid, giving excuses and trying to escape from medical expenses.
She is indeed really getting out of hands, put yourself in the employer' shoes, don't tell me you will keep her for long! Same for those without maid who always commenting how good life it is to have maid at home and employer must have overloaded the maid. Not all employers do nothing at home, in fact we are more things to stress over, esp when come to maids than you all and not forgetting we have children or parent to attend to too aside of our working hours. Thank god my SIL and PIL had made a wise decision to sent her back to agent and in returned with a great helper now, else will be continue getting all this shit from this problematic maid.
Now that we really pity the current employer having to bear all the hospital charges until this maid is repatriate back to Philippine.
It's too unfair that employers aren't being protected. It's not the maid who's always the victim!
Hope the current employer can faster free
from all this shit from her.

title: Helper Presy, 31th Birthday
date: Tuesday, December 10, 2013 time : 3:23 PM Am back to Singapore on 8 Dec, after our 4 night stay for Hong Kong trip. Hus and helper didn't tag along but staying over at in-law's place, helping to look after my sick MIL. We surprised my helper on that night with a birthday cake. 9 Dec is her 31th birthday. I further took another few days off from work, for the week my new Filipino maid came. My past 4 are all from Indo, but this round decided to try
Filipino cause the agency I got recommended by my bestie, only bringing in Fhilippine maid. She has been with us for ~2weeks now. Don't know is it we're lucky or what, so far this maid met or perhap exceed my standard, and this is the only maid I have which is even more clean and tidy than me lol~ She everyday tidy my bed like a hotel bed, all the wardrobe clothes are all so nicely folded and arranged. I look at my own wardrobe (which no one can touch) and the kids' wardrobe. I must said I lost to her! maybe one day I will get her to tidy my wardrobe also lol~. All the things she did are so angmo-styles (her previous employer are rich angmo family), sound high class right.
Hus and my parents have all been praising that she is good in attitude, cleaniness, initiative and patience. But like I always said, still too early to judge. Hopefully she is able to tolerate my 2 monster princess for long Have taught my maid how to handle, prepare and cook for the 5 diff types of wholegrain rice for our family eat. Totally no unhealthy white rice 
Whilst maid cook I have more time to teach on my off days. We are cracking our head solving the creative thinking math problems from MPMmath
Messed my already folded blanket. Made her fold until neat and straight else don't get out of this room.

To my extreme 恶作剧 girl, I've to always warn her to stay at this confine playing area, no playing & messing out of this playarea.Only said once no 2nd chance. Yes, I'm this strict, 1st warning, no 2nd chance and I will slash!
Very concentrate learning her Chinese whilst I'm around guiding and ensure Lil A didn't make much noise or disturb her jiejie
By then I checked on her, she almost did 4 puzzles
 Very often I have to shop for groceries. Recently my friend told me about a online Organic site which I can order organic veggies and food and best thing they will deliver to home. Thank god! I'm gonna order from the site soon.  my princess   The service man from Nano Water System came to do the once every 2 months cleaning and checking
Cleaning and tidying my wardrobe, and Lil A offered to help.
My Aunt always said I had disciplined and trained well my girls in helping out in chores. Though they mess but they will clear the mess they created if told to do so. I only have to open my mouth lol. Sometimes they even take the initiative to help and trying to keep the house clean too. Since young they have been very independent, I don't have to do much for them.  Haha my bunnies girl, playing my headpiece My parent and sister came to check it out on me, ever since they knew that I not in super good health which require me to rest more and eat well. They always come over to spend more time with me and Dad n' Mom always trying to come to help out entertaining my 2 missy princesses, making sure they won't agitate me much. The minion which my sister bought for my girls. Haha so pity the minion So love my Dad, he has been always there for me and now for my kids Family dining, I really love eating together in a big family.  my favorite! damn best, I told my mom I felt so sinful eating this cause I'm suppose to avoid egg but once started, cannot resist. Told myself this is still ok, as long as not alcohol, eat once awhile and just a little is fine.     Both my girls born in the month of August, their birthday are just 6 days apart. I wanted to get a birthday present in advance and thought of 'My Little Pony' from Build-a-bear for both.      I keep asking her want to get a Rainbow Dash pony, her mouth kept saying "Yes yes" but she doesn't seems very much interested. Just touch here and there around the whole shop, so I ended up I didn't get any for Lil A. And now everyday she pestering me for a build-a-bear pony. Aww...   Amabel got so angry knowing this. Until my sis-in-law got him a Despicable me's unicorn as her birthday present  I myself love pony and unicorn so much, and here part of our collection.My girls really dont know how to take care of their toys. *sad and angry* Last Saturday, meeting bestie Sz to Jem for dinner. date: Sunday, April 21, 2013 time : 9:45 AM Shown my maid the working performance appraisal that I will do with the maid yearly like what I did for my ex-maid.  My current maid have been with us for almost 2 months. They are great people will surround very good people to help. I must agreed! So far pretty good as in she's very patient with my girls ( my kids really not easy to handle) and her automatic system really very good like she see me everyday morning squeeze lemon juice with extra virgin olive oil to drink, and one day... since that day every morning she helps me to prepare without me telling her too. She always offer to help! When we're out, she will auto pass me my water bottle, asking me to drink. Haha she is serving me like she is serving my girls. Most likely cause I often help her in housework too, I don't always leave everything for her to do. I free I will surely help around. But some time I find talking to her, she seems blur so I don't know whether she really understand or not but well she still do it right most of the time. eh she actually quite smart which I don't really like but well so far she didn't do anything tricky or what. Praying hard she is good as I think! I don't have easy kids and I'm always surround with great people everywhere I go. Even my past 3 maids have been really dote n take good care my gals that I hardly complain but why am I still feeling stress when having maid. I hate this kind of feeling! I don't really like to keep my maid for more than 2 years, don't know why! so all my maid work for 2 years only. Not trying hard to make them stay, even when my last maid are seriously good. Only the 2nd one that made me a little disappointed cos toward the end of contract she has a bf but anyway already sort of decided to change so I'm fine with it to send her home immediate Back to my current maid. I cannot stands that she keeps attempting to do this and that for my girls, I alway tell her don't have too cause they're 6 n 4 years old... are big enough to eat themselves; unpack their bag, go toilet themselves and clean up after pee. I shall touch a little on
this, between my current maid and us….
So Can I ever live without a
maid? My maid would be returning home on 1 May after completing her 2-years
contract with us, which was previously agreed upon when we employed her.
Counting…another 11 days, we’ll have to live without a maid! Yes, we are not
planning to have any maid for the time being, see~ I use the word “for the
time-being” lol~ anticipating hus may back out one day. I’m pretty insisted on
going maid-less apart of the above reason, after some considerations.
1) Putting away by the huge amount
for agency fee and upfront payment, not the main concern though.
2) I do some calculation,
which I could have save pretty lot on the maid meals (high cost on their meals,
which we never restrict what they wanna eat), healthcare, hygiene care pdts,
this can be save for better thing like kids’ education, talent programs etc.
3) Maid will be left alone at
home and since is newly employed maid without anyone at home to supervise the
maid, which very likely will turn the maid into a lazy bum. Though I have
camera installed at home, I can’t be there every minutes looking at the CCTV.
Hus promised to help with
sweeping, mopping of floor, laundry and ironing his own clothes. These left
with washing of toilets, the dishes, the cooking, the windows, the cabinets,
the bed sheets and the list can go on. Fair?! Lol~ Well, can I cope? I’m not
being worry not able to cope with the tones of work to be done in the house
besides caring for the children. But, being worry that my girls will need to have slightly late dinner cause by the time I reach home to done with cooking for them, could be already 7.30pm. Also worry that I may not have as much time
for my bbfs. I love them as much as I love my family, I don’t want to be
drifted any little from them. Oh, dear, will I be able to handle all these? I’m
so used to having a maid!
If that last…elder girl would
have to go for after school student care centre, when she start her primary
school next year and whilst the younger still remain in the whole day childcare.
Thinking that I can just throw everything into a washing
machine would solve my problem of laundry, left with the undergarment which I
may consider using disposable one for undies. Haha~ The windows, cabinets,
toilets and bed sheets would be a once a week or once a fortnight affair with
the help of my children being cooperative in keeping the house clean. That
leaves dishes which can never be avoided.
Also without maids, we can perhaps finally learn to pick up
after ourselves and be “less lazy” when come to housework. It is gonna be even
more tiring having to do minor housework, cooking, cleaning and handling kids,
putting them to sleep after coming back from a work battle. Is like having to
get everything done in a short period of time (maybe 3 or 4 hrs) before I can
get to bed. How about pampering of myself-- whether I have time to daily using
my Anti-aging Light Therapy device? Urgh… shouldn’t think too much, I believe I
can, there is always way out and should stay positive. But this is probably
less stressed out, having to dealing with some maid issue if we get to meet a
problematic one.
I don’t wish to gamble for one and be in any mind games.
Now I only wish someone can invent a cooking robot to help me preparing my family meals when we get home on a weekdays. *daydreaming* haa I find this video on my younger girl, which is pretty cute...keeping her toy box back to the room. and with these I hope I can still maintain maintain...youthful :$  Labels: Maid ADVERTISEMENTS

date: Wednesday, November 24, 2010 time : 2:26 AM I would said I'm pretty slack off nowadays. My current maid who has been with us for 5 months plus haven't been giving me any problem, except a few times she is a little careless (partly also due to communication barrier). I'm not really good in covering up my frustration and temper, and due to my stressful work recently, I can easily blown up. She didn't show any attitude, I must really thumb up for that. I would said, I treated her pretty good and I like her the most as compare to all previous maids. She's giving me no worry for now *crossing my figure* and as my girls aren't under her care during the day on weekdays; I don't have to worry so much during work like last time. I can really see that, she dotes and loves both my girl a lot and of course both of them love clinging her, which is good. As for housework, so far quite ok though I pretty worry that she may slack at home since no one around but I doubt she dares as she knew that I do have webcamera at home. But I really don't mind she resting for awhile if she is tired since she is helping me a lot recently as I need to bring back some work to do most of the night; she is the one coaxing my girls to sleep, playing with them while still need to prepare the kid stuff for next day and making sure the living room and kitchen is clear up before she will hit the sack. Talk about work, really hate it to the max. I have been so busy, a lot of accounts and reports need me to settle. Really overwork, feel so stressful! I wondering this whole month, keep popping acne is it due to the stress or the change of skin product which skin doc change for me when I asking for medication that can help to clear the whitehead hidden deep under the skin. I knew that some product meant to purge the toxic out before it can clear, if don't mind if that is the case. Just that I really need to stop my itchy hand from pricking on it which will leave bad scars which can never clear.    I miss my no blemish complexion. :( but really glad that I have this.... my day time saver. I don't put on foundation/bb cream during the days at work, so this is definitely good for me.  ettusais acne real fit concealer  My Amabel is getting more sensible now. No more suka suka throw tantrum or pull her own hair. I don't really have to worry her much, be it in getting her to study or getting her to be independent. Most of the meal, she can self-feeding so I don't have to sit beside her and one spoon one spoon stuff into her mouth, though quite often I have to keep asking her to eat faster if not she can take 1 hour to finish up.      cheeky girl, this is how she pose! see the leg... haha  @ whitedog cafe       @ VC haha this is hilarious took it just now. Hahahaha.... she constipation lah... pangsai *rofl* My lil chilli padi is super hot in the school. Everytime will have teachers, even those from other classes, came up to me telling me how cute and popular Aisleyne is in school. Many teachers were telling me how clever she is, claimed that she has natural gifted talent and saying that we shall cultivate her. She picks up things very fast, very intelligent in most areas compared to other childrens. Aiyo... she is really that smart?! Said until I wanna fly also. Can see that all teachers love her sooo much. Whenever they talk about her to me, they are super excited and happy. wahahahahaha............... I wanna go hug my baobei to sleep now. Night!
