date: Monday, March 29, 2010 time : 11:30 PM That's my gynae; forever so angelic. 18 months since I last seen her. Yah delayed my annual checkup for almost 6 months. Everytime I booked an appointment, ended up unable to make it again and again. Brought Aisleyne along to her clinic, and she was so thrill to see Aisleyne. Still worrying my chilli padi wouldn't let her carry, but see -->  think I worry too much, not to forget she is the first to carry her and the hands that bring her to this world.  Gift from Karine, couldn't see how it will look like on my hair. So started snappingReally very bling right?! very nice, I like it. They really know me well through, that's why I got the title "Ms BLING". Lol~      Mother and daughter... started to pose  my sweety pie, posing with my diy-ed chanel logo's iphone           Naughty Aisleyne wants her daddy to scratch her backside during bedtime, she looks very siong, but when secretly changed to me scratching for her, she could feel it, slowly opened her drowsy eyes, saw it's me scratching... and she start WAILING. Naughty girl... I so scary meh. Humpf~Hai me still not recovering; coughing and running tap with 2 ulcer and 3 big acnes. date: Thursday, September 11, 2008 time : 12:48 AM A hands that bring both my precious to the world.  A patient, gentle and soft spoken yet professional gynae. She is the one that keep assuring me and guide me along my pregnancies. We talk about everything including maid, personal issues. She is just that perfect to me. We feel totally secure with her. On the 20 August 08, I went for a follow up, there is still quite alot of blood clots stay in the uterus. I were given a medication to help flush out the blood. She told me a post natal massage will help too. I faster schedule my malay massage lady to come early.   ->Binding   Managed to get rid 3 inches of the waistline after 5 sessions of massages. $160 Cheap and effective -> worth it. Waistline reduced to 27inches, 3 more inches to get rid to pre-pregnancy waistline. And went for the 2nd follow up again, and the blood clots has cleared. Going for pap smear in one month time. Thrilled     Me with baobei, Aisleyne  And my little rascal saw me with a camera and start posing  Love both my baobei so much. Aisleyne's birth time strike the 2nd prize today, no luck for hubby, hundred k fly off, cause hubby unable to buy in the number today. Argh! But she bring luck to her grandfather instead. date: Wednesday, August 13, 2008 time : 11:18 PM    Pic-> Tummy of 38weeks 4days gestation age (36 inches). I weighted about 54kg 8 Aug 08 scan (38 weeks 1days gestation age) I could feel that the little one is getting very low now, alot of her movement can be feel around the pelvic area and bone. Baby weight is measured 3.058kg now, Dr Khi said that if baby deliver now, will be within the weight range 2.6kg - 3.4kg. Everything is fine, other than baby engaged and dilated, there is no other sign of going to labor yet. She said still can wait, until baby is ready to come out. Dr Khi never do a VE for me this time, no need to, just need to wait for the sign. But does a CTG to monitor the baby heartbeat and also the contraction. She jokes and ask whether I want a 08.08.2008 or 09.08.2008 baby, I laughed and replied, let the little one decide ba, perhaps she want to be same birthday as her sister 0r another nicer date 20.08.2008. Glad that result of bacteria has once again confirm cleared. Left 8 more days, so does the little one prefer 20.08.2008 or 21.08.2008. Let wait and see. he!  Here my little rascal. She really entered the terrible TWO. Another 8 days will be her 2nd birthday. She have become more mischeivous, stubborn, fussy, wilful, playful than before, getting from bad to worst especially this week. Is it because she knows the little one is coming out soon, worrying that we will favour her sister over her. She can keep screaming non-stop when thing doesn't go her way, sometime out of the sudden she will throw temper out of any reason, no one knows. Her screams, her cries... will frighten other kid, ha they said won't get bully by other easily. Even the stranger hear already will also frown their brows, showing how irritating, loud and sharp the tone and pitch can be. As if we are torturing her. No one can tahan at all. Even her grandparent also cannot tolerate her temper, raise flag and surrender. Her great-grandma joke that Amabel grandfather almost heart-attack. All relatives also complains about your powerful loud scream, temper and wilfulness Can imagine how terrible this rascal is. 
   And now I can slighly relax abit cause my new maid has arrived on 7 Aug. Amabel is ok with her, just that she is more difficult to handle now. So I am back to the usual working days and hours. I got to teach the new maid abit of cooking when I am off during weekend so now Amabel is still eating meals cooked by my in law. Some days I will wake up super early to cook porridge for her for her lunch before I off for work at 8am.  Pic-> The new maid feeding Amabel eat lunch. date: Monday, August 04, 2008 time : 9:37 AM   Tummy of 37weeks 1days Gestation age 2 Aug 08 scan (37 weeks 2days gestation age) Baby is still very active as usual, her every moves and rubbing against my skin make me painful especially the pelvic area, Dr Khi said is very normal, cause her move pressing my pelvic, making me having a sharp pain. I am so worry that she will burst the waterbag. Haha! Baby weight is now 2.8kg, Dr Khi said the weight is ok. Water level, heartbeat and blood flow all ok. Dr Khi wants to do a VE again, I asked her whether the VE will make me dilated even faster. She smile and said that if she wants or I want, she can do it. Haha! I faster replied her "No no I don't want" haha! She said she will try to be gentle. And it is 1.5cm dilated now and baby has engaged. Were told to take note of the labour signs, if there is any pain, bleed or water, don't have to call her just straight away admit. And my strep test result finally is ok, no more bacteria after taking multiple course of antibiotic. But I still worry so requested to test once again to ensure it really cleared. 26 July 08 scan (36weeks 2days gestation age) In a week time, baby gained more than 300g -a good weight gain to 2.5kg. Still underweight but not so bad. Everything is fine. Checked that I am already 1cm dilated. She said may deliver anytime, asking me to prepare. She asked me whether I have been having contraction. I replied that I had been having frequent contraction -tummy tightening since I'm 6 months pregnancy. Did a CTG and I'm having real contraction already, she smile at me and said that my pain tolerance is high that I couldn't feel the pain at all. I told her my concerns; new maid is not here yet, my temp staff is not here yet too and baby is not yet 37weeks (full term). So hoping baby won't come out so soon. Asked her way to prevent early delivery and she asked me not to overwork, not to walk too much anymore. Hubby and his family, have been helping alot in taking care Amabel, they have been helping me bathe, wash the clothes and clean her poo, so I don't have to squat so much anymore. And I am surprise that hubby trying to help clean her poo too, he never dare to smell or handle those solid, but this time without me having to yell at him for help, Instead he did it very willingly. Really thankful to them. I still continue cooking for Amabel as usual but not every meals. If in-law house is cooking extra for the kids, Amabel will have their food instead or sometime adult food. But will choose dishes for her to eat. No choice, got to release abit on her food, cause I really don't have much energy to cook for her every meals since most of the days I still returning back to work for half day. Really not much time for me to cook every meal for her too. And due to the frequent contraction, I hardly can walk long. Walk a few steps, my leg is aching already, cannot really climb up stairs also, so hubby alway drive the car to the ground floor so I don't have to climb up the stair to the carpark. And my movement is super slow now due to the contraction and I don't dare to walk to fast also, worrying that it will make me to be in labour faster. 19 July 08 scan (35weeks 2days gestation age) Baby is fine but her weight gain weren't enough. Baby is only 2.14kg - underweight. Dr Khi said if in another 1 week, baby weight gain is still so little. It might be a sign that my placenta is not providing enough nutrient to the baby, hence, she advise to deliver once hitted 37weeks. She asked me to eat more meat and try to sleep on my left side more so the blood flow to the baby is better also. Did a CTG, everything is ok. Hubby faster called up father-in-law, requesting him to cook more meat for me after the visit. He insisted me to eat on time cause the past few weeks, because of the maid issue and without the maid period, I have not been having proper meals. And I also started to drink pregnancy milk twice a day, last time too busy to make a cup and drink. Now cannot be lazy anymore. date: Wednesday, June 04, 2008 time : 12:33 AM Baby Aisleyne  Went for my gynae appointment on Satursday. Little Aisleyne as in 28 weeks 2 days Weight: 1.122kg Heartbeat: 151 beats per minutes Mommy gained 1kg from previous visit Told Dr Khi that I worry my placenta is low cause I often carry my girl. Previous visit she does mentioned that my placenta is slightly low. But instead this visit, my placenta have moved up. I feel alot of movements very near to pelvic area. Aisleyne is in head down position and is facing up and I have high chance of having natural delivery again. Now I know why I could feel alot of movements around the pelvic area, it might be her hands keep moving and her legs keep kicking my ribcage, making me feel abit uncomfortable and sudden pain. Dr Khi said baby's nose is very sharp and she is very active, playing with her cord when she is checking on the baby blood flow and keep moving her hands and legs non stop throughout the scan. No wonder I alway feel alot of movements and is sway from one side to another, like she is struggling for more space. So I suspected the hard lump that prominent near my bellybutton which I captured it in video that day is actually her elbow or shoulder. I did a pap smear again to ensure that the bacteria is cleared. I also started experiencing Braxton Hick; my tummy tightened, hardened and cramped, abit uncomfortable that I will need to slow down my movement if I am walking. But is just a short while, it will back to normal. Checked with Dr Khi the rate of single bedded in TMC, thinking to opt for single bedded, so Amabel can get to stay in longer in the room with me or perhap can stay overnight in the hospital too. Below is their rate, it increased slightly compare to 2 years ago when i delivered Amabel Normal Delivery - 3D2N stay; 4 bedded range from $2308 onwards 1 bedded range from $3188 onwards Above includes: 1. Doctor's delivery fees 2. Hospital Room Charges 3. Hospital Visits by doctor during stay but excludes: 1. Epidural ($500 - $600) hope this pregnancy I also can tolerate not to use it 2. Baby's doctor ($200++) & nursery fees 3. Out of package expenses 4. Emergency visits 5. GST Need to pay deposit of $800 (4 bedded) - $1200 (1 bedded) Total Medisave claimable also increase abit: $1350 (inpatient) + $450 (antenatal) = $1800 My 1st pregnancy Delivery charges is quite cheap only. We didn't get to pay much cash. Total hospital charges for normal delivery without epidural (auto upgraded to 2 bedded) = $1888.83 minus off the medisave and medishield deduction, we never pay any cash and they refunded us the $600 deposit that we placed. As for the hospital charges for Baby Package for 2 days = $602.73 minus off the medisave and medishield deduction, we only paid $113.60 in cash So overall, we only spent $113.60 in cash for all hospital expenses Hope this pregnancy I also won't need to pay much cash. Recently I keep feeling very hungry at night before sleep so I alway have to pop in afew slice of breads then sleep. That day, a male colleague just mentioned that I put on some fats on my face. Ha! date: Friday, September 01, 2006 time : 2:45 PM 19 August 06 (38 week) Went for my weekly scan. I were strapped to a CTG monitor and Dr Khi also did a virginal check on me and i'm now 1cm dilated already. She estimated that you will be out in one week time. After the visit, i started to have a mild contraction pain with backache throughout the day. The contraction came every 20 to 30 minutes. Since there is no abnormal discharge, bleeding or waterbag burst, i thought should be just a normal Baxtor Hicker contraction. 20 August 06 (38 week 2 day) The contraction pain and backache continued but not that intense, being worried that something may happan to my baby. I decided to go to Dr Khi clinic the next day.  21 August 06 (38 week 3 day)
Daddy called Dr Khi and told her my condition, she advice me to go to her clinic for a check. Reached TMC at 9am and the nurse strapped on the CTG for me again. Your heartbeat is normal and it shown that i am having a real contraction. Dr Khi then do a virginal check for me and i'm now 2.5cm dilated at 9.54am already. Dr Khi said that i may deliver today or the next day and asked whether i want to admit today since i 'm already here and she will burst the waterbag for me. We agreed and your Daddy went to his car to get my hospital bag. We do the admission at 10.14am. I were asked to change into a surgery gown, being shaved and had a enema to clear bowel. Put on the CTG and then the drip. Dr Khi came to burst my waterbag at 11.15am and i felt a gush of water flushing out. Not more then half an hour, i started to have the contraction pain and backache very frequent. Then the contraction pain reached the peak at every 2 minutes and the contraction pain started to last longer. I put on laughing gas but it doesnt seem to work for me now. Nurse came to check on me and i'm 4cm dilated and gave me a buttock injection to minimise the pain, but inject like never inject, it still pain like hell. After that i were pushed to the labor ward and the nurse came to check again and i am 6cm dilated liao. The nurse started to prepare the labor equipment and call Dr Khi. Amabel seems to be very anxious to see the world, kept wanting to come out, like i'm having the urge to pass motion. Were told not to push lat this moment as my cervix not yet 10cm diluted. Finally 10cm diluted and Dr Khi was here too. I were told to start pushing during every contraction. Can't remember after how many push then you arrived to this world. The nurse then immediately put you on my chest. Felt so relieve and happy that you are born healthy. Overall, the whole process is enjoyable, is just that I couldn't endure the hottest. I even needs Hubby to use papers to fan at me throughout it; from contractions till delivery. The hottest is so scary, even worst than the pain.   Create Your Own

This is your Birth Certificate we gotten today. Daddy rushed down to TMC to have your birth registered. Daddy commented that he has very lousy hand writting, and he managed to get a staff at TMC to write your Chinese name in your birth certificate. Everyone commented that your chinese name was very nicely written. Really thankful to the staff. 
28 August 06 (Amabel Eight days old) Went for the PD and gynae visit at TMC. Dr Khi said that my stitches is very nice and i recovered quite fast, She scanned my womb and there is still some blood not clear out yet. Think will take another 1 week time. You have gained your weight to 3.085kg. When Dr Keoy SS do a check on you and found that your cord had dropped off. Were told to kept it as old people said cord in hokkien is call 'Cai (money)'.
