She is the one that keep assuring me and guide me along my pregnancies. We talk about everything including maid, personal issues. She is just that perfect to me. We feel totally secure with her. On the 20 August 08, I went for a follow up, there is still quite alot of blood clots stay in the uterus. I were given a medication to help flush out the blood. She told me a post natal massage will help too. I faster schedule my malay massage lady to come early.   ->Binding   Managed to get rid 3 inches of the waistline after 5 sessions of massages. $160 Cheap and effective -> worth it. Waistline reduced to 27inches, 3 more inches to get rid to pre-pregnancy waistline. And went for the 2nd follow up again, and the blood clots has cleared. Going for pap smear in one month time. Thrilled     Me with baobei, Aisleyne  And my little rascal saw me with a camera and start posing  Love both my baobei so much. Aisleyne's birth time strike the 2nd prize today, no luck for hubby, hundred k fly off, cause hubby unable to buy in the number today. Argh! But she bring luck to her grandfather instead. date: Friday, September 15, 2006 time : 3:56 PM The moment I had confirmation of my pregnancy, I decided that I would breastfeed. Breastfeeding started off well after delivery. Taking care of my Baby Amabel was a breeze during the first 3 days in the hospital since you slept most of the time. After returning home, you were much awake, with nursing intervals of 2 to 3 hours, and each feeding lasting up to half an hour or more, I really felt like a milk dispenser or a cow (moo moo...), working round the clock to satisfy your insatiable hunger pangs. Being worried that my milk cannot satisfy you as you only willing to latch on for less than 10 mins and reject my nipple (think is due to incorrect latching position), I decided to start expressing out the milk and bottle feed you when you are not having enough. As each feeding stimulates your bladder and bowel movements, I was practically doing nothing but nursing/feeding, washing pump equipment, sterilizing bottles and changing nappies all the time! Now I am still trying to nurse you directly as many times as possible as I don’t want to lose the opportunity of creating a special bond with you. This feeding pattern led Daddy and your grandma to quickly suggest that I supplement you with formula. Their reasons ranged from "are you sure you have enough milk?", "your breastmilk is too watery to satisfy your baby's hunger", "formula-fed babies sleep better and you will get to sleep more"... So far you are a healthy girl. I believed what others said "The benefits of breastfeeding are dose-dependent, therefore the longer one breastfeeds, the more benefits one will get!" hi.. chanced by ur blog few days ago and have been reading it for few days already.. ur experiences and information given regarding pregnancy, delivery, breastfeeding, taking of children really benefit me alot.. thou i'm a newly wed and have no plans to have kids so fast (or to say initally doesn't want to have kids at all), but after reading ur blog, makes me think twice abt being pregnant and being a mum.. i must say I really admire u alot.. actually just want to quietly read ur blog, but i just can't help to write my feelings abt u after reading.. u give me alot of assurance that having kids really is very wonderful.. i will try my best now..
lastly, congrats on ur newborn girl, Aisleyne & i must say ur elder girl Amabel is really very cute.. love her so much.. she really brightens up my day after seeing her photos.. pls take good care!! :)

Oh glad that my blog and words can motivate and benefit you. A new addition will bring alot of happiness and cheery moment to the life though you must get prepare cause it is really tiring when come to taking care and discipline the kids, alot of planning invlove, alot of time needed too. But when you see the little life growing each days, you will find it very worth it.
