Source: http://www.moe.gov.sg/education/admissions/primary-one-registration/vacancies/ Vacancy for Phase 2A2 changed from 102 to 104, apparently 2 of the applicants must be disqualified. So now out of 104 vacancies, 79 applicants; if all qualify, which mean will left 25 vacancies to be equally distributed between Phase 2B and Phase 2C. This system really terrible and seems quite unfair to those who stay near within 1km to the school!! Imagine about 13 vacancies to be fight among 20 PVs and unknown number of applicants from church/clan or community members. Argh..... the chances seem so low now.
