date: Monday, March 11, 2013 time : 2:18 PM No constipation problem now. Amazing feeling!... feeling extremely great being able to clear my bowel daily. It's like my everyday business now! Lol~ Yes everyday now! Can't believe it, I never ever did clear bowel daily since teenage. It was always 2 or 3 days once. 😱😓 My healthy diet now really help!! And it help my skin complexion too!! Other than the daily veggie meals and health natural supplement. Every morning without fail... My pine bark once wake up and then a glass of lemon juice with extra virgin olive oil. Breakfast is usually the fruits taken in empty stomach then rest for a while following with nuts and seeds milk or rice milk or salads with nut and seeds as dressing or brown rice cracker. During Lunch, sometime I will go to Holland Village to get this juice (cold pressed like this) to drink it before my brunch meal in empty stomach else I will keep it in office's fridge and drink it in the noon in empty stomach. Soaked it for ~15 mins, the seeds will form a gel like substance. All the above and fruits, I do stock up in my office pantry's cupboard, so I can have it everyday in the office Night time after 8pm, no more solid food! Time for the stomach to rest! It shouldn't be overworked! Blood test on end of March. Just hope this not only help in my skin but most importantly my hormones imbalance. Praying hard! It is actually a seed; you can get it in most supermarket i think. I saw it before in Clementi NTUC. I bought mine in organic shop. I eat it by mixing a tablespoon of it into my drink :)
Went to Cs and Ntuc also don have wor... May I know where's the organic shop?
I saw Clementi Mall NTUC have it under the organic shelves so I thought most NTUC should have it? I got mine at Vitality Healthcare (selling organic and natural products), Blk 204 Bukit Batook St 21. Hope this helps. :D
