I expected this to happen, I know my daughter! Though she looks lethargy but her strength is strong like a cow still. We warned the resident doctors and nurses but by looking at her size and how lethargy she was from the dehydration, they don't expected her to be that strong in struggling to cause the difficulties in setting the plug for drip for all the obvious veins.

Waiting outside the procedure room alone, hearing all the screaming and crying for "I want Mommy", I feel so hurt that I tears and cant help but to think of forcing in but I cant, worrying that this will affect the procedure. Seeing one and more and more nurses / resident doctors rushing in to help had made me feel so worried outside, how traumatize it was for a young kid and how much pain she has to suffer more. They apologized for making this a suffer for my girl and that had hurt me so much.

After 3rd tried and with her powerful screaming for mommy and struggling, they decided to get me go in to calm her down and assist throughout. Still she was too frightened from the first few attempts, so she tried all mighty to get her hand off. It made me really feel and hurt even the worst looking at how tight we have to hold on to her to stop her from struggling despite her crying in fear "I don't want!" and how the resident doctor move the needle in and out, left and right stirring to get the vein and blood flow from all the struggles.

Again, the forth poke almost success but ended up failed again as she struggled too hard and that they have to call for another senior for help. Two seniors resident doctors and 4 nurses including me finally can relieve when see the plug set! And slowly Aisleyne calm down when I said everything is over, we will get out of here. I hugged her badly and assure her that I will be around and there won't be more suffering for her. Slowly she fell asleep beside me right now.
