Well... I weren't pay for writing this post and weren't asked to review in exchange for anything. I always tempted to try out these products whenever watching “女人我最大” teachers introducing their [Oil Control] Tea Tree Oil Out Series and [Hydrating] series - Rose & Snow Fungus which I needed most. So I started to look around on sites about this brand which I found quite alot of good reviews and checking on where I can order online. My first Naruko was brought from Beautyezy.com, that's before there is an authorized sole distributor in Singapore, Yes, I'm taking a risk cause I'm not 100% sure that the Naruko products selling on that sites are authentic, so well... I only dare to order just 1 item to try, which is Naruko's "Tea Tree Oil Out Acne Clay Cleanser". Phew~ thanks god, it doesn't irritate my skin and it worked very well for my clogged skin. Obviously I see improvement, it control oil sebum very well, clogged whitehead reduced in number. Super love and pretty surprise actually. I'm not a risk taker person when come to skincare products. 99% of my skincare are from my skin dermatologist clinic cause it worked very well for me for years, just that with the combination of this Clay Cleanser, whitehead just gone even faster. Anyway this cleanser just work perfectly for me, so you may wanna give it a try cause it may work for you too. I tried their "Tea tree Night Gelly" too, it work pretty well for me too. I didn't use it every night cause I still have my usual daily night products to apply, so I will use it when new acne popped out or going to surface. This helps to reduce redness and combat the acne and not forgetting using my "Cleane Acne therapy device" on my acne spot before any products.

阳光耀眼的盛夏，让人格外兴奋有活力，但油光满面却是造成肌肤发炎长痘最大元凶，正确的保养方法，自然就相当重要了。控油与抗痘蕴含着许多技巧及知识，就让凯钧和大家分享吧！

坚守6不1没有:

1. 不乱卸妆/洗脸

随便卸妆及洗脸跟不清洁一样可怕，可别养肥了你脸上的细菌，耐心将妆容卸除，并彻底洗净脸不脏污。

2. 不浓妆艳抹

千万别因为长痘而依赖浓妆替你掩饰瑕疵，这样厚重的妆感不但落于俗套，对于肌肤的负担更是百害无一利，更可能因为密不透气而让痘痘恶化。

3. 不忽略保养调理

当肌肤出现发炎状况时，就应该小心照护，挑选适合的保养品让肌肤安心休息，才能使肌肤状况得到改善。

4. 不当夜猫族

记住睡眠是美容关键，多熬一夜，肌肤美丽就减少一天，劝你别恣意挥霍青春年华。

5. 不忘记天天排便

肠胃不顺畅，也是造成肌肤发炎的原因，积存着也不会变黄金，反而满脸痘花，多摄取膳食纤维多喝水，才能把不必要的废物通通排出去！

6. 不暴饮暴食

饮食过量相当伤肠胃，还会导致肌肤水肿、身材发福、胃病。定时定量的规律作息及饮食习惯，永远是美容王道！

7. 没有任何借口不爱惜分寸肌肤!!

除了上述的生活建议应该遵守之外，到底该如何做好抗痘保养呢?由于贺尔蒙的分泌，会让油脂分泌旺盛，造成毛孔堵塞，导致发炎痘痘问题严重，这是夏日普遍发生的肌肤问题，建议保养上加强清洁、肌肤控油动作，改善油脂分泌过度情形，特别注意在清洁及保养时，痘痘部位要轻微带过不要过度磨擦，避免过度挤压，以下我列出几项方法供大家参考。

1.清洁兼具保养效果

多重的环境物染产生复杂的肌肤状况，单一功能的护肤品已无法因应需求，选择一款保养品最好兼具多项效能，才能满足脆弱、疲劳、发炎等肌肤需要。想让保养效果提升，首重脸部清洁，除了能彻底洁净肌肤，更要能舒缓放松、洗出健康、保湿不紧绷；自日本一项肌肤清洁调查表示，清洁做足，对后续保养功效提升达50%，因此洗脸工作相当重要!

而成功的清洁就是，选择天然温和、无添加色素的成分，同时以保湿或精油配方加强舒缓与镇静。例如兼具清洁与去角质双效机能的净痘洁颜泥，能同时达成高洁净力与吸附油脂的效果，再加天然精油的舒缓配方，让洗颜过程变成每天都期待的顶级享受，也能有助降低体内自由基产生，而洗后清爽不紧绷的肌肤，也更能加速后续保养的吸收与作用。

2.抗痘从保湿开始

不论干燥、敏感、油性肌肤，保湿就是改善肤况最佳灵药。人体中有70%是水份，随着年龄增长肌肤的造水机制逐渐萎靡，肌肤缺水会使抵抗力和修复能力降低，便开始出现出油或脱皮的困扰。因此保养重要关键先要补充肌肤水份，畅通水渠道，就能帮助后续保养成分导入进去。针对出油长痘的困扰，别急着购买太多产品，先着重保湿才是首选；建议使用天然抗发炎成份的化妆水补充水分之后，擦上控油精华液帮助肌肤水油平衡，最后使用抗痘消炎乳液，可选择针对痘痘肌肤设计的产品，添加茶树、维生素A、薄荷、活肤锌、传明酸等成分的保养品对于控油抗发炎皆有很好的效果；分层灌溉，才是全面抗痘控油之道。

3.晚安修护，痘痘无影踪

平时做足抗痘保养，痘痘仍然满脸长，问题可能不是出在保养品。回想自己一周的睡眠时间和总时数，或许就能发现症结点；生活作息对身体的相当重要，健康亮红灯时也会反应在肌肤上，白天肌肤受到紫外线、环境污染、压力等侵害，不趁着晚上休息把电充饱，那么擦再多保养品也是无济于事。因此建议在晚上最迟12点上床睡觉，一天8小时的睡眠时数为基准，透过睡眠状态，细胞就会开始更新代谢，白天产生的伤害也因此得到汰换更新，正常作息是避免肝火旺盛的唯一捷径，在睡前擦上睡眠专用的晚安控油护肤品，更能达到事半功倍的效果喔。

4.吃对东西不长痘

有些食物容易引发体内慢性发炎而出油长痘或过敏，像煎烤油炸的食物、高脂面包、重口味饮食等，带壳海鲜如虾、蛤蛎，另外甜食如巧克力蛋糕等，或容易导致过敏的食物，例如鸡蛋、牛奶等，建议尽量避免摄取。多喝水、摄取蔬菜水果，一阵子后，肌肤若真有改善，就代表你与有些食物绝缘，可别贪图一时口腹之欲，而跟自己的面子过不去!

最后，如果痘痘一直持续恶化未见好转、没办法控制，最好的方法还是要依循专业皮肤医师的指示进行治疗，才能得到最好的效果。

牛耳老师教你：不伤肤质去粉刺的方法

粉刺问题是许多人的心头恨，
无论怎么挤，怎么拔，似乎永远清不完，
甚至还会伤害皮肤，造成毛孔粗大或凹洞的产生，
今天，牛尔老师就要教大家最省钱，最不伤肤质的去粉刺法！

●准备湿毛巾
微波加热30秒〜1分钟

首先，准备一条湿毛巾，
放进微波炉去，
加热约30秒〜1分钟，
但在这之前，记得先把脸洗干净，
以免脸上的油脂，让效果打折扣

●小小粉刺冒出头
利用热敷让毛孔张开拿出热毛巾后，
先试试温度，以免烫伤自已，
将毛巾热敷在脸上，
利用温度让毛孔张开，
一些较细小的粉刺，
就会冒出头来了！

●慎选小夹子
长的都一样抓力却大不同接着，小夹子要上场了，
牛尔老师建议大家，
要选择品质比较好的夹子，
如此一来，抓力比较强，
使用起来才会比较顺手
只要利用小夹子，
把冒出头的粉刺夹起来，
就是最不伤皮肤的去粉刺法啰

虽然这个方法比较费工夫，
但是，牛尔老师要提醒大家，
用力挤压粉刺，会破坏毛囊组织，
造成胶原蛋白的破损，
有可能反而会使毛孔粗大及产生凹洞及疤痕喔！

These are all the Naruko products that I'm using

All the above are good and work well for me except Naruko TA3 for pore minimizing. It do help to minimize my pore but I find it way too oily for my skin :( but they do have AMPM series which my niece told me that not bad and is not oily. I may consider to help that. :)

If you buying in Watsons or online from Singapore sole distributor, all authentic products from Naruko comes with a holographic sticker with Niu Er Lao Shi's face on it to prove that it's genuine and lets their consumers buy the products with ease.
