Safety on the road

I have been telling Amabel about safety on the road.
She's very clearly know that to cross the road, have to hold on to the adult and making sure there is no car going to drive pass.

Just now, I brought Amabel and Aisleyne to the 7-11 nearby.
When we crossing the small road,
she said: "Cross the road must wait for mommy, must see the car, hold Mommy's hand. Later the car hit me and I die. Then I cannot see Mommy already."
...... ......

I always teaching her, only to cross the road when the traffic show the green walking man, and before we cross over must make sure the cars on both side STOP.
Sometimes, I will test her the road safety.
She will tell me whether to cross the road or not.

Just 2 days go, when we walking back home from 7-11.
I were walking slightly ahead of her.
And I were focus seeing someone who I find it familiar while we were walking toward the small road,
but I no intention to cross the road yet.
Suddenly Amabel grabbed my hand and shout:"Mommy! got car coming. You cannot cross the road"

Still I feel a bit shame that I kanna lesson by my girl.

aiyo cannot liao.
damn sleepy now.
eyes cannot open liao but I still need to do some office work after Amabel sleep.
sian...

I think I better go pat Amabel to sleep now.
