Demoralizing!!
After the 'gastric flu', my milk supply drop drastically.
Must be due to dehydrating that partly affect the milk supply?!
Instead of getting some encouragement, I get negative remarks.
Claiming that I should stop breastfeeding and take good care of my health;
because I am tooooo skinny.
So I don't have to carry so many bags, so I can get to sleep more, blah blah blah
Argh! I need some encouragement words plsssss.
