So I asked for it.It bleed and swollen after I sway her away from my right leg. My brother was being scolded for letting it out to the living room.It's pain, I didn't mean it. My brother was shocked when I screamed real loud, so were my parent. I were angry initially even when he keeps apology to me. but after my brother get scolded by dad, I feel bad.Because we moved in, my brother has to lock the dog in the room and now being scolded by Dad. Dad even said want to throw the dog out.I only went to see doctor today after hubby keeps nagging that I should. Anyway doctor said not serious lah, don't need any medication.Waste $$$ on consultation. 福; we finally found a house (with some term and condition from the seller) and placed a deposit. Over the past few months; it has been nerve-wracking calling agents and finding out prices of flats in Jurong are really sky high!All the units asking for high COV, at least $40k to even $100k. Were in dilemma, to buy or not to buy now That's the downside wanting to buy resale unit in mature estate.But we really don't wish to wait any longer, it's so inconvenient without a house of our own. Viewed quite a number of unit over the last 5 months, from looking at EM to now looking at 5-rooms. Valuation is high and COV are shocking too, cant imagine still need to spent ten over thousands for renovation. So the search carries on... Finally found one excellent unit,that doesn't require lot of renovation work (the less work, the less $$ is needed to spend on renovation), good location, within 1km to the primary school we want, and most important, all of us are comfortable with it 5-room flat, measured 122sqm, valuation is ok for us But but but COV is way over budget! Last offer is $60K My parents and in laws like the unit too and claims that we can go for it. So we tried offering $62K, and yes WE GOT IT! Now just pray hard that the seller can get their bank loan and so we can sign the document on Saturday. Labels: house-hunting |
