date: Monday, October 22, 2007 time : 8:46 PM PORK STOCK A new try out A very simple Pork stock I learnt it from Bren's blog Ingredients: - Water - Pork fillet (sometime I use pork soft bone) - Soya Beans - Garlic Preparation: - Boil water in claypot - Pork fillet (sometime I use pork soft bone), to be cut into a big chunk - Soya Beans, wash and drain - Garlic, wash, skin intact How to Cook: 1. When the water starts to boil, put all the ingredients into the pot - Use high heat to cook for at least 20 - 30 minutes. (If I use soft bone, I will cook longer) 2. Turn to slow heat to simmer (use the lid to half cover the pot) for another 10 - 20 minutes (If I use soft bone, I will cook longer) . The longer you let it simmer, the tastier the broth will be I shredded the pork and fed Amabel also. Labels: Baby Food Journal, My Food, Stocks |
