Our house valuation is OUT
$550,000 for 4 rooms.
With this economic climate, it is considered very high for our area at this time.
Now want to sell above valuation is quite difficult but die die we won't release below valuation.
Afternoon, 2 groups of people came to view house.
They're all quite interested with our house due to the location, environment, house condition and reno.
But still they will want to consider it first.
Who will take half a million buy a 4-room hdb flat??
Unless they are very rich if not really got to think about it properly.
Planning to move to Jurong area, near my parent's place.
With the development of the Jurong Lake District.
We think it is quite worth buying.
Looking at Jurong West Executive Massionate or Jurong point area, 5-room or Executive apartment.
We need a bigger house so my kids can run about and can accommodate their toys
And there is a very popular good school within 1km at the EM we are interested with.
My mom willing to help taking care of my daughter
which I really very happy, so at least I can have a peace of mind.
But meaning, I no longer able to go Orchard area within 5 mins car journey / 10 mins bus journey.
Think about it really abit bu she de since I lived there for 5 years and it is really so convenient lor.
Plus my Dad's coffeehouse is there.
