date: Thursday, July 19, 2007 time : 9:39 PM Amabel First Alphabet Pasta Meal Saw this cute and tiny Organic Vegetable Alphabet Paste in 'Four Seasons Organic Market'. Leave it in the shelf for quite sometime before i decided to cook it for you. ![]() Pasta -> 2 tbs of Vegetable Alphabets Pasta Fish -> Threadfin 1 feezer cube Vegetable from the vegetable stock -> Potatoes, Carrots, Milk -> 80ml of Formula Milk (or Breast Milk) Preparation: Pasta: Wash the paste and soak it in water for about 10mins and strain. Fish: Thaw the pre-packed fish in the freezer cube. Skin and fat already removed before freezing. Vegetables: Vegetables from the vegetable stock. I throw away the leeks. Milk: Prepare the amount of formula milk needed / Warm the required amount of expressed breast milk. 1. Bring the vegetable stock to boil and cook the paste in the vegetables stock for about 9 - 11 mins. 2. Steam the Threadfin and puree or mash it. 3. Puree the vegetables (except the leeks) from the stock. (I actually blend the Threadfin together with the vegetables). 4. Mix the pureed Threadfin and vegetable in the prepared milk. This will be the sauce for the pasta 5. Pour the prepared sauce on the cooked pasta. Labels: Baby Food Journal, Pasta |
