First time mommy prepare spinach for you and it is more tedious than preparing other food that I had given to you previously. I got to wash it until very clean as leafy vegetable tends to attract more worms. And I must make sure I washed away all the pesticide on the vegetable. Next I got to remove as much fiber on the stem as possible, so your little stomach doesn’t have to work so hard. Then steam it and lastly puree it and ready to serve.
