date: Sunday, February 11, 2007 time : 6:29 PM Apples puree recipe Vitamins: A, C, Folate Minerals: Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium 1. Peel, core and cut apple into slices/chunks 2. Place slices or chunks into a pan with just enough water to steam the apples 3. Steam until tender 4. Reserve any left over water to use for thinning out the apples 5. Put the steamed apples and water from boiling the apple / (drinking water also can if want to lighten the taste) into the blender and begin pureeing 6.
