14.02.14 Happy Valentine!! x
Me and my Hus went through 11 years of Valentine's Day. Many years back I came to the agreement with him, that I don't need for roses (he got a scolding from me for doing that during courtship), present or romantic dining. We do not celebrate Valentine’s Day (nor our birthdays) cause love is everyday of the year.
Valentine’s Day is not all about getting the most expensive gift that one could go to class or work the next day to brag about. Valentine’s Day is just a day about celebrating love and friendship rather than break the bank just to prove one’s love or loyalty to the loved one. Just the words "Happy Valentine's Day" from anyone I loved will make one feel loved (at least for me). Money and materials can never buy love and friendship and so not even on a Valentine’s Day.
Happy Valentine's Day everyone, you're all loved by me be it you're single or married! X__o
