No more overwork at night and try to tuck in earlier and sleep for 7 to 8 hours. "In one study, researchers followed over 21,000 twins for more than 22 years. They asked questions about the twins' sleep habits and looked at their longevity. This really reminded me, nothing is more important than health, I wouldn't want to slowly kill myself.
