“Mommy! ‘Push’ the door…!”

Must penning down this incident before it get forgotten! I really feels I’m a fool.

Friday I knock off early at 5.30pm, usually I will then request the teacher to arrange Amabel to take the schoolbus to NUH so the Daddy can save a trip to her school then to fetch me from work. Hence, I need to go express milk early than usual (sometime will dilly dally here and there) and rush to fetch her at the loading and unloading bay near our staff canteen (schoolbus will reach about 5.20pm) before it need to go off at 5.30pm. This day, Amabel requested a cup of Mr Bean’s soya ice-cream which mommy is now eating it almost everyday lol~. I simply love the yummy taste and how heavenly and cold it can be when it goes and melt in the mouth. Oh so shiok!! Ok enough of it and I shall stop thinking about it now and go to the main topic. So the two of us happily, walked along the basement and all the way up the stair, to a exit door to level 1 (the level where Mr Bean located). The silly me saw the door does not has a handle to pull open the door, kept trying to use my tiny finger to insert into the little gap between the door frames, thinking that by doing so I may pull open the door than having to go take a lift up (being lazy). Argh… and started murmuring "aiyo how come the door cannot open" and my mind kept thinking that needs to pull inward the door frame to open it lah. How come huh?! despite that I have goes through that door multiple times in my 6 years of service in NUH. Silly right!!!

Worst thing is……….. when I heard Amabel saying this proudly “Mommy! ‘Push’ the door…!” It is like thunder striking on me. Arh… then suddenly I woke up. Oh yah hor, really feels like a FOOL. How come I so stupid, even a 3 YEAR OLD kid knows that shall try PUSH open the door. I feel really shames about my foolishness yet pleased that my girl really uses brain when come to solving problem. Lol~ so that’s why I need to penned it now to boast of her intelligent. hehe..
