date: Monday, May 05, 2008 time : 12:08 PM These few days really hot... We switched on the air-con for 24 hours. I can't image life without air-con. Especially those who are having the confiment now. Luckily not me, if not I will go even crazier than last time when I am having my confinment!! Amabel loves asking her Daddy to feed her drink milk, change her diaper, play with her...   Hubby keep complaining... What is gonna happened when the 2nd flower is out... if both cling on him so much I just laugh with the reply: 'Good mah!'...'Good for me' Feeling luckily..  Satursday, went to the pigeon talk with Huihui; get to see Mrs Wong again. Though most of the topics taught, i already know  but... it still worth. $6 for the talk but I can get these goodies bag worth very much more than $6.  And i replenished these, costed me nearly $200 at Joyce Lim. Now preggies, really cant go without sunblock. I don't want dark spot or pigmentation appearing.  So nice of Weiqiang, came to pick us up. Hubby must be damn lazy but he said hubby already at home switched on the air-con in the living room awaiting us back home. So we these two preggies women won't feel hot when got back?! But he is not so nice lah, must be he himself feeling hot, cannot tahan. Again we four gossip about everythings. It alway so nice gossiping with Weiqiang and Huihui. Haha!! took some pics with my baobei cause few hours never get to see her.   more..  Oh ya.. last Friday. Hubby bought Amabel and my Parent-in-law to Singapore Flyer. I got to work so never join them. They said it's very beautiful but too bad... their service is damn bad. They had a very bad impression with them. My maid bring Amabel to the toilet to change her diaper; the indian cleaner scolded my maid for changing diaper in the toilet. My maid apologies to her 3 times but she keeps scolding her. So she told hubby about it, Hubby fired up. How dare she is trying to bully a maid and his baobei Amabel. How can it be that toilet cannot change baby's diaper. There is no poster saying that 'No changing of diaper in the toilet' Hubby confronted the indian cleaner, got another indian cleaner with her also; they never apologies but defending that the management said no changing of baby's diaper in the toilet and gave a very very bad attitude and even raised up her voice and slam the toilet's door. My mum-in-law so angry that she went toilet pulled the cleaner out again. How dare she trying to bully us... think she never die before. I can't image if I were there also. How I will make her die. Hubby was so angry, complained to the management. They apologized and explained that is the cleaner's fault and there is no such rule that no changing of baby's diaper is allowed in the toilet. Anyway we are going to write up to complain about their services cause it really spoil the Singapore image to tourist if this kind of service is continue. Labels: courses, My Gallery 9 Comments:

I thought one of the wish-list should be - UP the customer service, PLEASE?! What attitude is that.Singapore really should up the customer service level…across ALL service industries.On that day,after my helper complain to me about the incident,So i argue with the india cleaner and she ask her India colleague for help. The way they talk and reply is very unfriendly, they reply me as the rule is pass down from the management and ask me to complain to the management if I not happy.I am so piss off towards their unceremoniously attitude against us.?My overall experience at Singapore Flyer was a negative one with the poor customer service.
I say this is absurd and ya, luckily you were not there..if not the two janitors may end up in some hospital. whahahahaa..
Maybe the management should give free lifetime ride to appease your family ;p

We wanna go to sit the flyer but maybe during Mother's Day Celebration
their service really sucks! The management should give u guys complimentary rides for compensation. haha..
Johnnie's sister even faster... helped us write to the management already and they called johnnie in the noon. Wanna give us 6 tickets to the flyer. We are still thinking whether to ask for more. Lol!
