hey...
there is actually this book called 'it's (mostly) his fault' that's good for married couples...you should check it out and both you guys should read it...better if he reads it first...i bought the book myself, and it really helps to understand why guys behave the way they do and how to help them 'change/improve' the way they are...
self-help books are fun to read and it really helps...feel better aight??
