Checked and confirmed with gynae, best not to consume, ginseng, paosheng and dang gui during pregnancy cause there is no scientific result that it is safe. Will stop taking it now.
TCM said Paosheng is safe and very good for pregnancy. So is you to judge whether you are comfortable in taking them or not.
