title: Nothing is comparable because it is PERFECT.

Happened to go up Ward 96 (the place where I alway expressed breastmilk in whilst at work). I kana miss the place so much or I should said I miss breastfeeding Amabel.

Saw this poster pasted at the Breastfeeding room's door. Take a pic of it, wanna to encourage those who are breastfeeding now.

Treasure this special bonding with your baby, once you stopped it, you will never get it back again. Now I kana regret never breastfeed Amabel longer. Sigh...

But at least she still able to enjoy this 'perfect breastmilk' for 13 months. Is good enough right?

Hi sorry i missed your comment on this.

If i remember correctly I actually start to intro formula milk for one feed when my girl is 6 months onward. Then i think after she is 10 months I increase the formula to 2 feed per day then slowly increase the number of feed in per day with formula milk again after a few more month and in the 13th month I totally stop breastfeeding her. There is once when she is about 4 months i think, becos she drink damn lot of milk so my supply cannot meet her demand that i got no choice but to give her formula one feed per day for that two or three day where my supply cannot meet her demand. After that my supply increase slowly after my hard work in emptying the breast everytime to increase the supply, Then my girl goes back to totally drink breastmilk only.

As for the breastfeed, I tried Avent Manual breastpump, hand aching plus the suction not very good. Then i changed to Avent sigle electric breastpump, again the suction not good enough to emply my breastmilk well. After that I suffer from serious engorgement and my breast milk duct get blocked that I need to get from from lactation consultant to help me massage and unblock the duct and she asked me to use the heavy duty electric breastpump to help empty the breast better. So I bought the medela PIS advance breastpump. It worked very well for me and the suction is very good. But I very kiasu, wanna to simulate my brain to produce more milk and after i pump out the milk i still use hand to manually squeeze out the milk from my breast until no single drop of milk left. And my milk supply is damn lot. Bet 900 to 1.2litres per day if i remember correctly
