date: Saturday, August 25, 2007 time : 4:02 PM No more breastmilk for Amabel. Sob sob! I have been reluctant to stop breastfeeding, but still I got to make up my mind. And today will mark the day I stop breastfeeding. For the past few weeks, I have been slowly reducing the amount of breastmilk expressed and only express once every 48 hours. Thursday night till now, I not yet express milk. Since now my output every 2 days is only 20ml. I decided to stop expressing milk and officially stop breastfeed today. I know my 1 year hard work in breastfeeding Amabel, will let her stay healthy with better immunity throughout the rest of her life. Labels: Breastfeeding |
