How quickly the days pass - Amabel is now 1 year old.

Having to manage a kid and work can be very tiring and stressful but I wouldn’t give it up. Just being with her makes me happy. Watching her grow and change is an indescribable feeling that only mothers will know.

The list of milestones seems endless, and they all serve to remind us how fast our baby is growing over the months.

Amabel’s milestones:
- Hold and feed herself with bottle of milk
- Crawl steadily
- Sit steadily
- Pull to stand steadily
- Climbing up the sofa steadily
- Know to give the thing on her hand to someone upon request
- Know she needs to wave 'byebye' whenever people do that to her
- Imitate people making sound using the tongue, that go 'tak-tak-tak'.
- Will raise her hand up to 'hi-5' when a person wants to.
- 'Yao yao tou', shake her head to indicate that she don’t want / upon request.
- Clapping hands
- Gives a ‘Flying kiss’
- Feed herself with piece of food / biscuit
- Drink from straw and cup
- Can point at her own / a person nose upon request
- Put two hands together, pray at Goddess and said baibai.
- Stand w/o support for 5 secs
- Walk without support (about 4 steps) on her playpen
- Knows how to point at things.
- Point at a dog and said ‘Dog dog’
- Point at a cat and said ‘Cat cat’

I'm still waiting the days where my girl wrap her little arms around me and say "Mommy I Love You" - that’s all I need to be a mom.
