Baby Stuff Inventory ListSince Leann is asking about stuffs that she needs to buy for her unborn baby Ethan. I must else post it hereFollowing is the items I have for my princess and some items that i think is good to have.Sleeping and Bedding
Essentials
1 x Cot or Playpen (It’s good enough to use playpen and is cheaper too)
1 x New mattress for cot or playpen
2 x Mattress protector (To prevent urine leaked into mattress
2 x Cot quilt and bumper for older babies (if using cot)
2-3 x fitted sheets
3-4 x blankets
1 x Room thermometer (Is good to have)
2 x Bean sprout pillow (Good to have one big and one small)
1 x Bouncing/rocking cradle seat (the 'combi reclining and rocking baby seat' that Amabel has is good)Nice to have
1 x Sleeping bolster
1 x Duvet and pillow (newborn don’t need pillow, can standby for troddler) - For newborn don't need pillow, but I self make alot of ultra thin pillow for Amabel.
Out and about
Essential
1 x Pram (I raving combi one)
1 x Car seat
1 x Baby carrier or Sling carrier/pouch. (Amabel like Baby carrier and sling)
2 x Baby diaper bag (One big and one small)
1 x Fan for pram
1 x Toy ties the pram
1 x Hot water container (for making milk)
1 x Milk powder container
Nice to have
1 x Raincover for pram
1 x Window blinds for car
1 x Baby on board sign for the car window
Bathing and Changing
Essentials
1 x Baby bathtub
4pcs x Bath towels with headhood/robes (Can find in Mothercare)
1 x Changing mat (Foldable one to be bring out)
36pcs x Cloth nappies (12 x Cloth nappies can be used to wrap the newborn baby)
1 x Nail scissors or clippers (Amabel using Pigoen brand)
1 set x Baby toiletries:
Newborn good to use head to toe cleanser (Amabel using Lacty… brand, TMC and me recommended that)
Body, shampoo foam, oil/cream/lotion (Amabel using Babies n Cream brand @ Great World City or Robinson)
Stock up as many as you can x Baby wipes (Suggested Pigeon brand)
10pcs x Nappy Cover (Bumwear one not bad)
1box x Cotton buds
1pkt x Cotton wool
1 x Baby Powder and its container (Powder that does not contain Talc)
1 x Cloth material Storage boxes (to keep all those cream, lotion, powder etc)
1 x Pail for cleaning baby (Amabel using one with 2 compartments; one side of the water to clean head, the other side to clean body - think only Mothercare sell)
4sets x Different colours handkerchief/cloth (One for hair, one for body, one for bottom and one for face)
Nice to have
1 x Massage oil (I like babies and cream brand)
1 x Shampoo shield
1 x Bath thermometer
1 x Ducks! (Amabel like it to accompany her bath, can buy more for baby to play)
1 x Changing table
Clothing
8-10 vests or bodysuits (Prefer to have one that button or tie up in front, usually during one-month shower, you will received alot as a gift)
5 - 6 sleepsuits
8-10 pairs of mittens (Everytime we clean for Amabel will change, so need alot)
8-10 pairs of booties (Everytime we clean for Amabel will change, so need alot)
2-3pcs x Receiving blankets
8-10 tummy cloth wrap
Socks (when bigger then buy)
Feeding
Breast feeding and Bottle feeding essentials
4-5 x Nursing bras for Mommy
1box x Breast pads - disposable/washable for Mommy (I prefer Pigeon disposable pad)
1 x Nursing pillow (I can't remember which brand I'm using)
1 x Nipple protectors/cream for Mommy
12bottles x Milk storage container (I’m using Avent storage bottle, for me I got more than 20 bottles standby can convert to milk bottle for feeding too)
1pkt x Milk storage bags and clips (good for freezing the breastmilk)
1 x Fridge-to-go (to store expressed breastmilk or emergency incase your house fridge breakdown. I got 3 to standby)
1 x Breast pump - electric or manual (I'm using Medela Advanced Pump-in-style, Avent Manual and Electric so so only)
6-8 x milk bottles (Milk bottle Teats - standby various flows. Pigeon /NUK/Avent all must try see which one baby prefer. Amabel using Pigeon)
1 x Steriliser (Suggested Avent 24 IQ Steriliser)
1 x Bottle brush (Am using Avent and NUK brand)
1 x Insulated bottle carrier
18pcs x Bibs (at least 18 pcs, at least for Amabel is that much)
Nice to have
1 x Bottle warmer (Can try Avent one but I still prefer warm it in a bowl of hot water)
Powdered milk dispenser (Have Babywell milk dispenser, but is an big elephant in the kitchen)
1 x Highchair - from 6mths onwards when baby on solid food
4 x Long sleeve cloth-like bib (Amabel one bought at Mothercare)
